TALLERES LITERARIOS PARA JÓVENES EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE CULTURA DEL MUNICIPIO BARUTA

Resumen

El objetivo del presente trabajo es apoyar el desarrollo de la escritura creativa en el Municipio Baruta (Caracas-Venezuela), mediante el diseño de Talleres Literarios para Jóvenes, a partir de la Experiencia Simposio y Concurso de Escritura Creativa.

Para desarrollar el proyecto se utilizó como metodología de investigación, el modelo de proyecto factible, en consonancia con el método del marco lógico.

De acuerdo con el análisis, se generaron hipótesis sobre los procesos de canalización de la Escritura Creativa en espacios no académicos, y se propusieron recomendaciones para su estímulo y difusión; entre ellas, la generación de redes y formas de colaboración entre espacios institucionales y capitales privados, a partir de actividades conjuntas, específicamente, el Simposio y Concurso Internacional de Escritura Creativa.

Se espera que, a largo plazo, este proyecto se convierta en agente motivador del estímulo a la Escritura Creativa en el país, con repercusiones positivas para el sector editorial y la promoción del libro, así como para la formación de nuevas voces en el mapa de nuestra literatura nacional.

SUMMARY

The aim of the present work is to support the development of the creative writing in the Municipality Baruta (Caracas - Venezuela), by means of the design of Literary Workshops for Young women, from the Experience Symposium and Contest of Creative Writing.

To develop the project it was in use as methodology of investigation, the model of feasible project, in agreement with the method of the logical frame.

In agreement with the analysis, hypotheses were generated on the processes of channeling of the Creative Writing in not academic spaces, and they proposed recommendations for his stimulus and diffusion; between them, the generation of networks and forms of collaboration between institutional spaces and the private capitals, from joint activities, specifically, the Symposium and International Contest of Creative Writing.

It hopes that, long-term, this project turns into motivating agent of the stimulus to the Creative Writing into the country, with positive repercussions for the publishing sector and the promotion of the book, as well as for the formation of new voices into the map of our national literature.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Das Ziel der gegenwärtigen Arbeit ist, die Entwicklung des kreativen Schreibens in der Stadtbehörde Baruta (Caracas-Venezuela), mittels des Designs von Literarischen Werkstätten für Junge Frauen, vom Erfahrungssymposium und Wettbewerb des Kreativen Schreibens zu unterstützen.

Um das Projekt zu entwickeln, war es in Gebrauch als Methodik der Untersuchung, das Modell des durchführbaren Projektes in Übereinstimmung mit der Methode des logischen Rahmens. In Übereinstimmung mit der Analyse wurden Hypothesen auf den Prozessen des Leitens des Kreativen Schreibens in nicht akademische Räume erzeugt, und sie schlugen Empfehlungen für seinen Stimulus und Ausgießen vor; zwischen ihnen, die Generation von Netzwerken und Formen der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Institutionsräumen und dem privaten Kapital, von gemeinsamen Tätigkeiten, spezifisch, das Symposium und Internationaler Wettbewerb des Kreativen Schreibens.

Es hofft, dass, langfristig, dieses Projekt in Motivieren-Agenten des Stimulus zum Kreativen Schreiben ins Land, mit positiven Rückprallen für den erscheinenden Sektor und die Förderung des Buches, ebensogut wie für die Bildung von neuen Stimmen in die Karte unserer nationalen Literatur verwandelt.

RESUMO

O objetivo deste estudo é apoiar o desenvolvimento da escrita criativa em Baruta (Caracas-Venezuela), a través da concepção de oficinas literárias para Young, a partir da experiência Simpósio e Concurso de Escrita Criativa.

Para desenvolver o projeto foi utilizado como metodologia de pesquisa, o modelo de projeto viável, consistente com a abordagem do quadro lógico.

Segundo a análise, foram geradas hipóteses sobre os processos de canalização de Escrita Criativa em áreas não acadêmicas, e propôs recomendações para seu incentivo e divulgação, incluindo a geração de redes e formas de colaboração entre o espaço institucional e capital privado, a partir de atividades conjuntas, especificamente, o Simpósio Internacional e Concurso de Escrita Criativa.

Espera-se que a longo prazo, este projecto torna-se um motivador de encorajamento de escrita criativa no país, com implicações positivas para a publicação e promoção do livro, e para a formação de novas vozes no mapa nossa literatura nacional.
